Anti-Inflammatory Diet Guidelines

1. Cut out white sugar. Unrefined natural organic sugar is ok

2. Eat whole grain cereals and breads, not white flour (Blood Type 0 should avoid all wheat and grains though)

3. Bake your potatoes and eat the skins too! (no fries!)

4. Avoid most dairy products. Choose to eat plain yogurt.

5. Drink lots of water

Eat lots of vegetables lightlyl steamed. Along with lots of fresh fruit. Use sea salt. Load up on antioxidants (they help prevent inflammation). Eat a variety of foods (not the same old same old every day!)

Fruits: the best are cantaloupe, pink grapefruits, rasberries, strawberries. The worst are bananas and mango!

Veggies: the best are carrots, garlic, kale, onions, spinach, sweet potatoes and the worst are corn white potatoes
