No energy, sleep problems, digestive problems, aches and pains and more. Within 1 week I started to notice a difference with these supplements. Marie, you told me this was a basic core program and that if I could do this I would see a difference. I know I'm not done yet as it's only been 1 month but I'm ready to get my next package.
